I am crazy!!!!

The title fits me today. I am crazy to have completed 3 of the hardest workouts I feel we have done in this challenge. The week for me has been crazy that I have not be able to do my workouts on the days assigned but in the end, I have knocked them out and I am about to hit the shower after this and get some much need sleep. So here are the results from day 2 to now.

Day 2 3 times: 50 sec
Pushups + jump: 12/10/13
Jump + half burpee + top jump: 15/12/15
Plank + side touch + knee to chest: 15/16/16
Bent over row (8lb): 30/30/30

Day 3 2 times: 50 sec
Pushups + jumps: 15/12
Plank walk forward and backwards: 6/6
Commando pushups: 3/3
Squat + leg raise: 20/17
Squat with 8lb weight: 20/13
Squat + jump: 15/12

Day 4: 30 sec
Pushup + burpee + high jump: 6
High knees: 65
Lunges: 18
High knees: 65
High knees + Mt. climbs: 20 each
High knees: 67
Side plank  w/knee raise: 10
High knees: 67
Pushups + side plank dip: 10
High knees: 65
V leg abs left: 15
High knees: 65
V leg abs right: 15
High knees: 66
Star jacks: 12
High knees: 66
Single leg raise abs: 20
High knees: 66
Squat jump: 15
High knees: 66
Burpee + pushup: 3
High knees: 66

Yes, I am still standing. I can't believe that I completed these exercises. High knees, I really do not like you right now. I just hope I will be able to stand on them and not have sailor legs. A big congrats to all who have completed the workouts and tomorrow brings us to our final day of the challenge. It has been real fun doing these workouts and I can't wait to see what else Body Rock has for me. Well off to the shower and then lights out. See you tomorrow where I take my final test and see if I passed the numbers from the beginning.
