Fighter

1. Pushups + burpees+ high jump: 4
2. Switch lunges: 16
Jump rope: 80
3. Pushups + knee to chest: 8
4. High knees (10) + Mt. climbs (10): 30 each
Jump rope: 80
5. Side jumps + knee to elbow + high jump: total 4 (still weak at these)
6. Pushups + side dip: 8
Jump rope: 82
7. Abs, knee to elbow: 14 each side
8. Star jumping jacks: 19
Jump rope: 83
9. Abs, single leg touch: 20
10. Squat jumps: 24
Jump rope: 83
11. Pushups (girlie): 14
We did this in a 30 seconds exercise with 10 sec rest. I would have loved to do this at 50 but this was just as good. Great routine to take on the road when there is little time and no gym in the hotel. Congrats to those who completed.
